DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nJoin us on Sunday for a glimpse into life in the Gilded Age amid the Tudor splendor of Skylands Manor.      \n\n\n\nRegular Fee:  $10 Adults\, $7 Seniors (65+)\,  $7 Ages 6 to 18\,  Children under 6 are free.   \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBuilt in the early 1920’s\, it looks like a building that Henry VIII would be comfortable in\, filled with antique paneling\, fireplaces and stained glass. Come explore! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur docents will tell you all about the history of the estate as well as  the construction\, architecture\, and events surrounding Skylands Manor\, including its connection to JP Morgan and the New York Botanical Garden. \n\n\n\nMost of the tours last approximately 60 to 90 minutes. \n\n\n\nTickets are available in the Carriage House Visitor Center. \n\n\n\nManor tours are offered one Sunday a month from January to November. Consult the event listings on this web site for exact dates. Group tours are available by request. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

In these two workshops you’ll learn how to assemble and  decorate wreaths to grace your home using a variety of fresh and dried materials. As you learn\, you’ll make a wreath to take home with you. Great holiday ideas at the Gift Shop\, and a delicious array at the Holiday Café.  \n\n\n\nDec. 3-6 (Th-Su) . . . . . . . . Daytime Tours ~ 10AM to 4PM daily ~ Enjoy a self-guided tour of the splendid decorations at your own pace. $12/adults; $10/seniors & students; $7/children 6-12; under 6 free. No baby strollers allowed in the Manor. Tickets sold at the Carriage House\, last ticket sold at 4pm\, Dec. 3-4 (Th-Fr)  \n\n\n\nGroup Tours ~ 10AM to 4PM daily ~ Bring your group to enjoy this holiday delight together. $8/pp for groups of 10 or more.  \n\n\n\nDec. 5 (Sa) . . . . . . . . . Evening Reception ~ 6PM to 8PM ~ The Manor will be yours for a leisurely stroll with wine\, light refreshments and valet parking. Reservations required. $60/members; $65/guests and non-members.
