Family Woodland Hike

An easy, child-friendly hike in the Garden’s woodlands, where you’ll learn a bit about the plants and animals around you in a hike designed to fit the group. Meet at the Carriage House Visitor Center.
End of Winter Tree Walk

Join Rich Flynn, NJBG Head Landscape Designer, as he leads a walk which includes many of NJBG’s stunning specimens. Meet at the Carriage House; wear sturdy, comfortable shoes. Free.

Don Torino of the Bergen County Audubon Society offers a presentation with information on how to get started birding. The presentation will cover optics, bird identification and field guides. A walk follows the presentation weather permitting.
